Splashing Tides is technically the first custom I ever made, out of a fakie that is mimicking a g3 pose. I am very hard on myself about him because I don't like the way he turned out. I keep him just to see how far I've come once I get really good at customs. I made a few vital mistakes with him, like using the old acrylic paint I had availible to me instead of buying new paint. Since the paint was pretty old, the paint job is very gloopy and uneven, giving the pony a weird texture. I also forgot to paint his cutiemark before I painted the sealant over his design, so he's missing a cutiemark when he should have one. Splashing Tides is an oc design I personally am very fond of so I'd like to try again some day and give him the custom he deserves. I created him in a batch of adoptables and only one ever got sold even after reblogging the post over and over for a year (sad emoji) so I kept two of the designs since they were unwanted. Thats just how it be sometimes. I'd probably be willing to sell any of those remaining designs for like any price if you wanna look at them Here (1,3 and 5 are availible. Sorry for shamelessly advertising lol)
